Chicago is nuts. My best gal pal is a chef up there and the culinary community was a little annoyed by that. I mean, what's next - outlawing all meat? Or maybe veggies too because of possible exploitation of farm workers in their harvest. And no food brought in on trucks, because we all know truck drivers risk their own health, and the safety of everyone else on the road, to make their deadlines. :P

And I am glad I am not the only one reading the Kate/Owen chitchat.
