I ♥ my new matress. Like true love. I mean, like pretend to like its taste in music, give it the last piece of cheesecake, hold a radio over my head kind of love.

I came this close *pinches fingers* to not getting up this morning.

Ohh, new mattress!! may I ask what kind? We're going to need a new one in the near future...

Well, we bought a Kingsdown pillowtop. Way out of our price range, but it has a twenty year warranty so if it ever sags or gets lumpy or anything they will replace it for free. We spent about $1700... like I said, a little pricey considering I still buy clothes at Target and thrift stores...

But oh so worth it... and we had 90 days same as cash so whatever we cannot pay before then we'll cover with our tax refund.

I think if you're going to splurge anywhere, the mattress is it - you spend so much time on it! It might was well be a damn good one! And you have them for a long time, so the price balances out over the years.

Yeah we had a $300 mattress that lasted like ayear and I decided this was more cost effective over time... even if it lasts only fifteen years!
