Peanut butter stew

gaptoothsanta posted this recipe last week and it definitely struck my fancy and made it last night. Rob made it as a stove-top stew, but since I'm generally out of energy by 5pm especially on work days, we've been eating a lot of crockpot cooking, so I made it in the crockpot.

I dunno, but I think "I twat" has to be some kind of subjunctive conjunction participle.

I don't know what kind of peanut butter you're using, but a lot of peanut butter is packed full of sugar. I'm guessing you guys would tend to buy the organic, peanuts-only kind, but if not... I'd start there.

Yeah, I used the hippie natural peanuts-only stuff. I can't imagine what it would taste like if it was Kraft.
