Casino Royale is an excellent movie. Daniel Craig is an excellent Bond.

A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore is a good read.

happy to help!!! forgot to mention last movie I saw was THE DEPARTED w/ Jack Nicholson/Leonardo DiCaprio/Matt Damon... normally I don't relate to cop/gangster/violent flicks but weird Jack as the Boston Irish Godfather makes Marlon Brando look like a wimp... plus Martin Scorcese directs & the awesome soundtrack music includes your old friends the Rolling Stones!!! (google "the departed movie trailer")

Book: Only Forward by Michael Marshall Smith. (But whatever you do, don't read anything else by him. He only had one book in him, apparently.)

Movie: Double Indemnity, because you can't mess with the classics.
