I'm so glad I remembered to check this. I just tried calling you and it didnt work.
It sounds amazing form what you described. I would love to be there with you but I am loving Colorado as well. I'm on the river like 4-6 hours every day and its an amazing experience. I can see why you would feel lost in such a different atmosphere but you can look at it almost as just a sponge rather than a squeegie. Absorb all you can; that doesn't necessarily mean abandon your own beliefs because what you see is beautiful.. but learn from what you have there.
The experience witht he kids sounds awesome. I would love to hear about that more and also plans to discuss?? I want to hear as much as I can from you so keep in touch please. Even though you suck at it, I want you to try and keep me posted!

so uhh i had all these grand plans of vivid beautiful emails but they are just not working out. i can use a telephone at random points through the day, so im hoping your phone still works .... be expecting a call.

weekly update on exciting events:
a small diry boy shit his pants during class in which i was fully expected to clean bare handed.

we have a four year old who breast feeds off his mothers worn nipples every two hours.

city ponies run past my front yard every morning.

Thats funny because, at the moment, I am babysitting a little kid for one of the girls that works with us since she couldn't find a babysitter. He hasn't shit his pants or breast fed off David but he is a handful sometimes..
