Okay I figured it out but, I cant seem to get the sidebar to work. Do I need to click on anything else? Sorry, I hardly use S2 cause it never seems to work at all for me. I really hope this isnt too much of a bother, haha.

go to Manage>> Customize >> Custom Options >> Sidebar
to add links go to Manage >> CUstomize >> Basics >>Link List
