I am intrigued by your "Dr. Cooper finds out" possibility here. If he learns the truth--what can he do.

If he does the right thing, and calls CPS--if they investigate and find out that Burt is being bad, Kurt gets taken away and Cooper will never see Kurt again. If they clear Burt, then presumably Burt will find a new doctor for Kurt.

If he confronts Burt--then he runs the risk of Burt finding a new doctor for Kurt--and again he looses out his chances for being with Kurt.

Interesting dilemma.

Is it wrong that I hope they can find a way to share Kurt?

Ah, the first big question of the chapter...what will Cooper do. Whatever he decides to do, he's going to stick around for a while.
