Watching The West Wing was probably one of the best television decisions I've ever made. That show took me a long time to get through (as I imagine The X-Files will end up doing considering it's got 9 seasons to TWW's 7) but it was so worth it.

Oh, Beginners. I just got that on DVD today; I rarely buy new release movies anymore but I didn't want to wait on that one! Mike Mills was at the SXSW screening I worked at and he did a Q&A and was hanging out afterward, he was a really nice guy and very intelligent and well-spoken. (And he's married to Miranda July, so double awesome!)

Plus, \o/ for discovering TWW. I never watched the last season of it when it was on air, I always felt badly about not following it through to its end after watching it for so long!!! And nothing has made me laugh more this year than P&R and Happy Endings. So hilarious!!!

Oh wow! That's SO neat! I wish I could go to stuff like that lol

TWW is one of those shows that just blew me away. Even though the quality dropped after Sorkin left it was still unlike anything I've seen on TV before or since.

And yay for comedies! Those have been aces this year
