It stands for "Last Icon Maker Standing". Each week participants submit an icon (based on challenge rules) and then people vote on like the top 3 or bottom 3 (sometimes voting is different at different comms) - basically each week one person gets the lowest accumulative score based on their icon and are thus voted out of the competition and can no longer submit icons. This goes on until, like the name suggests, there's only one icon maker left and they win! They're pretty fun! If there's a spot left you should totally enter :) Here are the specific rules for this comm.
OOOO this sounds like total fun!!!! Oh gosh im not a very talented icon maker lmao so i would be scared but im soo gonna watch this community. maybe when i get better i will enter one ;)
Cool! Yeah they're a little intimidating at first, but you can still vote even if you're not a member! So you can participate that way and maybe by the time the next round comes about you'll wanna enter yourself :)
