Hi! I'm not dead. It occurred to me a few days ago that I still had some prompts left from my drabble prompt list a year ago that I want to get done, so I decided to work on them. Unbeknownst to me, three of them were already done and I just hadn't gotten around to posting them, so here they are. The last one is a bit I just did in the past two

Yaaaaay for birthday presents! ♥♥♥♥♥♥ they're awesome. I love all of 'em. Riku stomping on Ansem-in-his head FTW. (One wonders if Kadaj had to do any stomping on voices-in-HIS-head at the same time? Those two crazy kids have got a lot more in common than is safe for anybody, including the planets they're on.) And oh man, Axel and Reno BOTH being pyros is hilarious.

...how sad is it that I'm so used to LJ completely botching all my formatting that my first thought on reading the new-partners fic was "oh yeah, LJ ate the formatting again" and only on the second read-through did I realize the mid-sentence line breaks were deliberate? Yay for deliberate playing with assumptions -- and I shudder to think how much LJ-beating it must've taken to make sure that it got ONLY the right line breaks in there! It was fun trying to guess at the other halves of the conversations, too...

Glad you liked them even if they were 357 days late. I am actually very fond of the idea that Riku never really gets rid of Heartless!Ansem entirely, just the influence Heartless!Ansem has over him, and the heartless is actually still around. Mostly because Riku is more fun with a voice in his head.

For the second Axel and Reno one, I tried to leave it ambiguous as to whether Axel was a transplant into the FF7 world, or was the actual KH2 Axel pretending to be from Midgar (which is why Reno never actually saw Axel's 'materia,' and why Axel's issue with the guy whose place they burned down is never explained). Rude is the canonical explosives expert in their duo, but that doesn't mean Reno doesn't like fire, just that he isn't as good at making bombs.

The formatting didn't actually take any work at all, though I did have to add a / to make the jump clear in the link.

...well, actually, I also have to say <3 to the "Kidoumaru is from Kumogakure" idea, because that one's been kicking around my brain since, oh, I clapped eyes on Killer Bee. XD

Kidoumaru: ...er. And here I thought my *adopted* family were the ones behind the door when the sanity was handed out...

Heh, yeah. With Kidoumaru's skin tone and what we've seen of Kumogakure, being from Cloud Country is the only thing that makes sense for him.
