LOVE it I've been reading reimars' whorehouse fic (which is totally awesome but of course you already new that) and this is a great addition to it. The interplay between Jiraiya and Orochimaru was just wonderful, and the twins were perfect. I only wish there were more. Maybe with Tsunade getting a surprise visit from an old 'friend'?

The only think I have a question on is when they were talking about 'dragging her back in' did they mean as a prositute or yakuza. I could see her as either one. But having her dressed in a kimono and brandishing a led pipe is just so...her.

Oh, there'll be more, but the Tsunade scene isn't going to be written. This series is going to be the yakuza sidestory to rayemar's whorehouse and will concentrate on them.

Dragging her back into criminal/shady work in general. Tsunade worked as one of those underground doctors who cut up corpses and transplated organs no questions asked, but then she found out a little too much about a corpse she was cutting up and quit. Jiraiya helped her get out without too many consequences, but she and Orochimaru had a fight about it and parted on bad terms.

Jiraiya, Tsunade's going to *harm* you, and the twins as prostitutes? Ahaha NO. However homicidal the BDSM specialist is, Sakon and Ukon would be *much* worse.

Tsunade would hurt him, except he's doing it for Naruto, and she has a soft spot for him. And the twins aren't prostitutes. They're Orochimaru's bodyguards/assistants, but they hang all over him so the unwary write them off as unthreatening. ... and you won't think that once you find out who the BDSM guy is.

Gato's a jackass. I kind of want to make Zabuza and Haku the freelance assassins someone (like Tazuna) hires to kill Gato. That might be fun.

Ahhh, right, forgot about it being for Naruto. And I knew the twins weren't prostitutes, but the fact that Jiraiya was sorta wishing that he could have them in his operation... But he knows that they're too close to Orochimaru, so the issue will never arise. I take it the other members of the Four are currently out cracking heads on their boss' behalf.

Gato is such a total fucker, but he'd work beauty in this kind of 'verse as a corrupt whatever-you-wanna-make-him (in this case, merchant). And you should so do the Zabuza-and-Haku thing. Tazuna could be a much-abused engineering genius whose beloved son-in-law was murdered by Gato's goons. At least in that case he'd have the money to afford Zabuza's services.

The twins are hot. Of course Jiraiya would want them, but he isn't stupid. And yes, the other members of the Sound Four will show up. Kimimaro was the mentioned sick subordinate, and all of them will appear in later pieces (if there are any, which is likely).

Good idea. Might not write it as a fic, but it will definitely be mentioned somewhere.

For a longish sannin story, I recommend Softly Say Goodnight by Chevira Lowe on FFN. Not Jiraiya/Orochimaru, more like implied sannin OT3 (or at least friendship) and very good.

Orochimaru is an excellent yakuza boss. Of course, this AU is fun in general.

AU's are meant to be fun since they're almost borderline crack. Unless you put them somewhere angsty. >>
