So, food allergies... restrictions.. what ever you want to call it.

It's been almost two months since we started this gong show and .. well.. I tis noticable.  In the kids if nothing else.  Gabe especially.  The poor little guy's entire digestive system seems to be starting to recover and he is actually beginning to enjoy foods again.

Good luck with all that. It's a difficult process to go through, but it's well worth the efforts. Hope it works out for the kids. I've been wheat-free now for about 8 years. To begin with there wasn't much in the UK that catered for a wheat free diet, but thankfully that's beginning to change and substitutes are fairly easily found now. So I can eat just as much but not feel poorly sick afterwards. Always a good thing in my book :-D

Gen_chaotic is my other blog for recipies etc.

I am lucky enough to have a hubby willing to help. He is becoming my bread maker Extra-ordinare! that opens up all sorts of doors to Hamburgers... french toast and all sorts of other things. Foods we miss.

have you tried Spelt & Kamut again since you were here? it would be nice to know if it was either of them that gave you that reaction.
