SOOO  The wheat free... milk free...  ( egg free option) meal plan is challenging!  BUT small successes!  Today's kitchen chemestry experiment has produced an amazing cookie!

Banana Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

(Milk free, Egg Free, Grain Free.)

• 1C Shortening
• 1C Margarine (
