Things really could be JUST that simple.

Am I doing what I can to prevent headaches and promote health?    No.

Do i drink water to keep hydrated?   No.

Do I make an effort to 'move' at least once a day to help body circulation? No.

Do I choose foods that will promote a feeling of wellness... and positivity?   No.

Do I invest time in things that are important to me?   No.

Do I play hard so I can be relaxed and then work hard? No.

Do I see housework as a way to improve the feel of my home so I can feel relaxed and proud?   Sometimes.

Do I, at least once a week, see each person in my week as fun and loving and enjoy that?  Sometimes.

Do I take the time to read a book because it is a good book and not because it will fix my home, children, car or life? No.

Do I watch comedies and find ways to laugh to maintain a healthy sense of humor?   No.

Well... seems like I have a list of 10 things to work on.
