pros:

- cooler
- low maintanance
- way to break out of rut
- cheap and easily-reversible/recoverable change
- fun reactions from folk
- way to say goodbye to/honor pop

cons:

- feels wierd
- now look like chinless, neckless 12 y/o cancer patient

conclusion:

probably not a repeat.
