That doesn't make much sense since the Constitution forbids any titles from foreign powers unless allowed by Congress. Grace Kelly got permission to be a princess, we are real loathe to let other nations knight our people.

Agreed, this is redundant, and an asinine idea on ALL levels.

It was not ratified in the first place because similar language already existed.
