Of course. I'm pretty sure there's nothing that producers love more than writers saying "is it okay if my pen-friend from Portland does one of the voices? I've not actually heard her do a british accent, but I'm sure it will be fine!"

Wow! Congratulations! I would love to see that!! Of course, it won't be as good as the book, but no doubt it will inspire whole new generations of Pirates! fan-fiction!

My life thus far this week has been consumed by Pirates (thanks to phoole) and Aarmanan DVDs (and Shorty Rogers). I'm excited for you, but now I will be anxious right up until the movie opens at the Oriental Theatre here in Milwaukee.
