Sorry, I haven't posted in a looooong time, but I have a summer of dissertation writing ahead, so I suspect I will be on here more often.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this video. The girl makes a lot of sense, and even though the facts aren't new, it's important to keep them in people's minds.

Weekend = gym, yummy & unhealthy lunch, kid themed sleepover, junk food, How to Train Your Dragon, comparing arm muscles with big sister (she has them, I don't), bed & laptop, quick nap (hopefully), dinner at a friend's.
If only they lasted longer.
