I e-mailed finished artwork to two of my commissioners over two weeks ago. Both pieces were quite expensive (they paid over $200 each) and neither commissioner has replied to me yet. I think two weeks is fine for another e-mail. I don't think it's unfriendly or pestering just to ask whether or not the artwork has been received. Sometimes things go wonky and e-mails get lost or get caught in a spam filter. It's just part of the business transaction to make sure everything is in order and the client is satisfied.

Just send a polite, friendly note asking if the items were received, almost a form letter.
