Yeah, it was an insanely fun song to work with. Too good, almost; I kept getting distracted by the song and I'd just let it play without actually, uh, vidding.

I'm here via killabeez, and I'm so glad I clicked on the link. This vid is fabulous. I've just been watching Buffy (I know the late seasons, but I'm watching the early ones now, with great glee) so I loved seeing what you did with that footage. (I don't yet know AtS, so I can't speak to that part of the vid, alas.)

"Church" is also one of my favorite Lyle Lovett songs, and I would never in a million years have imagined using it in this way, so props to you for making an unlikely song choice work in a glorious way! I'm caught between chuckling at all of the various preacher figures (between the Preacher at the very end of the show, and Giles and Wes in the early seasons), and pumping my fist for all of the righteous ass-kicking, and being a little bit sniffly from the ending again. Beautiful work; thank you!

Oh my goodness, how completely charming! And what a lot of work, too. (: I am impressed. I liked the blend of literal and metaphoric clips to keep the viewer chuckling and also thoughtful.
