If he was operating an unmarked cruiser, it's all the more reason for him not to drive like a jackass. Further the fact he followed you all the way to work to "advise" you of the infraction borders on being creepy.

I can understand not telling him to fuck off, but you should defenitely file a vebal complaint with the on shift supervisor, if not filing an actual report. because i guarantee, if he's done it this one time it's pattern behavior for him.

You could also say his actions caused you to be in fear, as he was following. So you were trying to get away, to a safe location. Damn newbies.
