Yesterday, in brief - *definitely* NSFW, serious language warning

Jul 30, 2010 00:27

Not kidding about the NSFW language. Multiple and (occasionally) inventive uses of both the universal adjective and the universal noun. Also Ralph Fiennes. And a little person.

Would you believe that just 20 minutes ago my German friend was in my room showing me clips of this movie. My livejournal window was open I just hadn't looked at it yet. Whoo.

It's a brilliant movie. Very dark (very dark), but well worth the effort. One of the few things I've seen where Colin Farrell actually bothers to act and pleasantly surprised me by proving that he *can* do so, and do so well when the spirit moves him. :)

bwahahahahahahaha!!

I thought that movie was shite, except for the 'You don't know karate!' scene.

This is the Bruge, the way it should have been.

In other news, I'm glad you are having an upswing day. And hugs! And the book sounds tres awesome if it doesn't go pear shaped.

Much like myself, really. :P
