NYC Day 1

Tuesday was my birthday, and officially day 1 of my trip to NYC. My and I started out by taking the Staten Island Ferry over to Battery Park. Once there we figured out what time we needed to be back in order to catch the ferry over to the Statue of Liberty. (Buying the tickets ahead of time definitely saved nearly 3 hours wait time in lines

if you get a chance, you should also go to the pier. There is also a TKTS booth there that is less busy than the one near Times Square. (if you wanted to catch another show while you were there)

Oh. .if only I could afford to just see shows. But alas, tomorrow is museum day and we're leaving on Friday. So more Broadway will have to wait until next trip.

I don't know about the greatest. . .I am partial to London and Boston. *giggles* But it is a city that I wish very much I could afford to live in!!! I'm having a great time, will be a bummer when I have to come off this high.
