trackstar99 should enjoy this. The weekend before last I got myself a new toy. A Nikon d40 digital SLR. *sheepish grin* In hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have done it, but I think I will make a positive out of it, in some way. Today I went hiking in Pinckney National Wildlife Refuge, which is here in the Lowcountry, right off the bridge toward Hilton Head

I think you did totally the right thing: sure, it's pricey but you're a good photographer and you'll get your money's worth from this. You've bougth a good piece of kit here, man. :)
