Good drunk rambling! It's cool to have that tiny peek into Patchwork's background. Poor guy. I like the bit about keeping himself drunk enough that he never gets a hangover again.

Only Teddy would somehow be able to make his way from Rivet City to Underworld while higher than a kite... Well, if you don't count Randy. :/ Heh.
