In addition to the weight goals (250 by April 6th, 225 by Christmas) I had decided to read one “Classic” a month. I have never in my life, neither voluntarily nor in school, read Dickens, Twain, Hemmingway or any of that ilk

Today was my first day doing exercises in a few days (I've been sick *cough*cough*). I sucked big time, a lot of my standings were in the dreaded Grey Zone. And ski-jumping was not pretty. I snow-balled in three out of four jumps.
Yes, I avoid anything that involves me standing on one leg, especially at 5:15 in the morning, which is when I start my work out. I can only fit in about 20 minutes worth in the morning
