Not noticably, because we've got better at dealing with them, and there are hints that they're going to get better, but each outbrea of anything makes the world more unstable going forward.

It may be worth considering: if you won August, what objectives did you fulfil? If you didn't meet enough without the immunologist, then you surely found them.

Which objectives did you meet in September, OOI? By my reading, it was cure 3, 6 military bases, quarantine 7?

Yes, those are the objectives we met. I think I'm August, we had all 4 of cure 3, have 6 military bases, find immunologist, 7 quarantines and the just thing we did was find the last cure, but I'm not sure.

I'm still failing to remember about the immunologist, but maybe we should just go with your notes. Not sure.

One correction, though: we don't yet have a Fallen city (five outbreaks), but we do have a Collapsing one (four outbreaks, Chennai).
