"What's the biggest size you do?"
"8x10"
"8x10 is the biggest size you do?"
"Yes."
"You don't do anything bigger than an 8x10?"
"NO!"

Don't even get me started on people that ASK "how big an "8x10" is?".

THEN, when I tell them the photo is "eight inches by ten inches" they say, "forget it" or "nevermind". HOW ELSE CAN I DESCRIBE IT???

It's bigger than a toaster, smaller than a microwave?

You're too fabulous to know what a toaster is!

*holds up piece of notebook paper* About that big, people. Yes? So I understand the people not getting the how big thing, although really, just find the friggin' picture frames and tada! You'll see.

But the inability to grasp that 8x10 is as big as you'll get? Dude. There comes a time when you should be able to slap someone with something. "You're an idiot. We're done now."

The thing is, when you ask me how big an "8x10" is, what you are asking me is "How big is a picture that is eight inches high by ten inches long?". It's like asking what color the blue sky is. Or how long one hour processing takes. They are ALREADY answering their own question, but are too dense to even know what is coming out of their mouth.
