that is such a fantastic story! I love the voices you have for both, how we learn more about how they met and worked together, the slow simmer of UST until the hot resolution.... great fic!

I AM SO GLAD YOU POSTED THE LINK TO THIS STORY! Thank you! I really wanted to read this and it was even better than I imagined. I love how many details of character and circumstance you fit into your sparse paragraphs, and I adore your Coulson. (I also adore Clint, but I've only seen his one cameo in Thor and I've never read the Avengers comics so I can only assume this is what he's like.) You kept insisting there was no plot, but you tease out the threads of their personalities and their relationship like a beautiful low-key adventure. Definitely enough plot for me.

Awesome story. I'd love to read more from you.

HAHAHA, true story, I had no idea who Clint was after that cameo in Thor. I was like, this guy has to be important, they gave him a name. And he has a bow. Who is that?

And then the internet was all, OMG HAWKEYE! So... yeah, I have no comics background either. TAKE EVERYTHING I SAY WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.
