The first time this man rubbed me the wrong way was when he started being a whiny bitch about Pudge leaving Florida, and accusing him of only caring about money and being what's wrong in baseball and WAH HE DOESN'T LIKE ME ANYMORE or some kind of bullshit like that.

Seriously, I wonder how these people have jobs when they're saying absolutely nothing worth reading.

Plus I haven't seen one regular female sports columnist write for that paper, and that doesn't sit well with me at all. I know sports journalism is a boys club, but the better newspapers in the area have multiple female sports columnists. The Chronicle has a female covering the Giants and the A's respectively, and Susan Slusser is the one who writes about the A's the most. Of course I just find her goddamn amazing to begin with.

Voters might have simply chosen Nash because he was different and the underdog. And being white is part of what made him those things.

This is where he loses me. Actually, I started to go around the 'tax on flights to Israel' argument, but this is where he lost me for good. That makes no sense to me. Maybe his logic is just so intense and over my head, but . . . eh.
