[Soon after returning Conan to her storage room, Motoko can be seen walking down the hallway when the whispering she's been trying to ignore gets loud enough for anyone listening to hear her voice.]

[She picks up on the visitor over her sphere and guides it around to follow in front of her.]

I was on an undercover assignment, and part of it meant dealing with a pervert that had a thing for androids and full prosthetics. [She scowls slightly as her voice comes back.]

Hell hath no fury like a PM's scorn. Speaking of female anger, I don't like being forced to play along with this. This doesn't really strike me as a job worth giving up my vacation time for.

I'm fine, just... annoyed, I suppose. Some parts of that case, I'd prefer to forget.

[And even as she says it, another different conversation makes itself heard and brings the faintest twitch of a smile briefly to her lips.]

It's not that I don't like my past, it was just the person I had to deal with at that time. I suppose I shouldn't complain since I accomplished what I set out to do.
