Did It Again

Woke up in pain Sunday morning. Both shoulders/collarbones hurt like a bitch. The left (Home of the Permanent Muscle Spasm) eased out but the right stayed bad and then got worse. It kept me up until 3 this morning. I finally figured out it eased up enough I could entertain sleep by lying juuuuuuuust so
