Thanks for pointing this out. A valuable 20 minutes, there - even the parts I didn't agree with.

Some of the comments are fascinating... and saddening. It's curious to see some of the audience react to this message in particular by denying her validity (e.g., this talk shouldn't have been "allowed," the Ms. Gilbert is "delusional") and deploying phrases like "the true creative."
