i've actually started doing the same thing as you with the thank you's...i've never actually prayed, i never really go tthe concept, but i'm really starting to understand god in a way of providing blessings for me to either take or refuse...i know that god is not like the tooth fairy or anything but its a start right?

I've never really been a "prayer," but in my own way, I think, that's what I do.

optimism is like opium. they both start with 'o' and end with 'm' make you high. optimism always makes life better, if you truly believe the postive things you are trying to say or think. and if you don't, i'd say it has a sixty percent success rate, in my experience with optimism (which, as you know is pretty expansive).

in my opinion, thanking god is a way of praying. just like singing or writing or meditating. anytime you communicate with god, you're praying. but i think i know what you were trying to say and sometimes i think a 'thank you' is more important to god than a 'please help me pass this test.'

Some people make it so easy to love them.

So, I think I forgot to tell you over the phone this evening while walking in the freezing cold because I am too impatient to wait for the bus (and I had to privy), I was thinking about faith when I was walking back from class.

I was thinking that faith is a bit like taking a spontaneous adventure: you're not sure where you're going or what you're going to find, but you know that there's something wonderful out there for you to discover; there will be good times and bad times and uncertainty, but in the end, you have made a journey and become better for it.

I ♥ you even more now that you are no longer key- and identification-less! Not that I didn't ♥ you before that...but you know what I mean.
