Haha, of course I can talk to him without stuttering! I dunno if there are new developments or not. We're both kinda busy lately, and are both too big of losers to make definite moves. But hopefully we can hang out soon--and I don't mean the ten minutes that we spend walking to the other side of campus. And some time when I'm not tired, because I'm not very flirty (if I ever am at all) when I'm tired. Hah.
