The trailer for Star Wars The Force Awakens was released tonight. And finally the stupid local theater put tickets up for sale for the movie. I bought two. I don't know who might go with me yet, but I wasn't going to risk not seeing it the first showing regardless. I could say stuff about the trailer, but not up for it now. I'm just glad it wasn't

I'm so excited! I think it's going to be good - JJ loves Star Wars, and even though I personally didn't care for the second ST movie, that was due to the racism and the script, not anything JJ did. And Lawrence Kasdan's on board, and everyone knows Empire Strikes Back was the best.

I'm also glad the trailers haven't been spoilery! I'm trying to keep myself pretty virgin going in, I don't want anything at all spoiled. I know people are freaking out trying to figure out where Luke is/what he's up to, and that is most definitely the biggest thing I want to keep a surprise.

I'm still hesitant about JJ's directing, but I really hope it's not as bad as that second ST movie, so much of that was not awesome.

I keep reading stuff about it everywhere, but its all speculation really, which is good. I Don't want to be spoiled, but I can't stay away from all the excitement about it! Also love that they are not showing anything about Luke too, because he's definitely my favorite. He better not be evil or die though!!
