Ok, so worst weigh-in yet.... but considering the week and the female status... only gaining 6 oz is pretty good. At any given point on any day this week I could have been up or down 5 lbs! (Or at least it felt like it.)
Getting back into the swing of things and trying to eat enough, not too much, but still be over full.
