Ok, I shouldn't be grinning but this parallel is rather funny. :D What a memorable way to address the show's sexism too!

It's also rather ironic given that Nate loves to judge everybody else for their sexual disclosures or secrets (Chuck especially). (And Dan too: Recall in 4.01 how quickly Nate jumped to conclusions about Dan and Serena's texting relationship.)
