Don't forget the Pilot (exposed during the failed sex with Nate), 2.08 (B at Chuck's limo) and 2.25 (striptease with Chuck).

I wouldn't count 2.07 because she clearly changed into them (she wasn't wearing them with her maroon dress earlier in the episode) whereas in 4.07 and the other episodes, she was actually intentionally wearing them as part of her outfit, regardless of whether sex would happening or not. (Yes, I overthink! But someone has to!)
