My bb Eric is so wise and mature. He gives so much! When is he going to receive?
I absolutely adore their friendship and wish they didn't make Jenny do those things. It's as useless and pointless as S/B catfights nowadays. LET THEM BE HAPPY WITH EACH OTHER.

this show and its parallels. all the characters never break from pattern. characters continue to pursue things/behave in ways that never reward them. it leaves him scratching my head, and sometimes i'm rooting that maybe the Nth time they finally get it right. maybe this show needs to break parallels, or at least present the audience parallels that are not as obvious. that of course assumes that the writers really do think in terms of a grand master plan and don't really take all the fan feedback into consideration (aka JKR for harry potter). but of course TV is TV, so the showrunners get swayed

I'm more convinced they don't get swayed by the fans. I think I said this before but as an example, I'm pretty sure even Chuck/Jenny fans wouldn't have wanted them to come together in those circumstances. For me that's the #1 proof the showrunners won't bend to anyone's wishes and nothing's off-limits.

I try not to think about it though, and treat it more like a ~treasure hunt~, which is way more fun. :P

This show needs more Eric, he's like the only sane person left...
And I totally agree with p_drunkwriting they should stop fighting and just be awesome instead.

I hated that the writers made Jenny treat him like that last season (I liked her ambitious side, but treating you friend like that is not okay)...and I think him still being there for her when she needed him showed how mature and kind Eric is. That last scene was so intense, I really get why Eric is still mad at Chuck (again, ONLY sane person).

Also, beautiful coloring.

Eric is, I think, the most constant character of them all. And while I'm not always a J fan, I am always glad that he supports her no matter what.
