How many gears are you running, and what kind of shifter? I've always wanted to do something like that.

I was able to fit 5 9 speed cogs onto the single speed hub. I'm running an XT shifter, you could use anything really. With the Dura Ace der. I had to replace the low set screw with a longer one (from my xt der.) but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary. I would have run the XT der, but it's a long cage and that would just be silly.
