It's one of those days. Lip's putting off a mountain of coursework by watching bad TV that isn't even a clear picture half the time. There's no money to be spent and what good is going out in New York when you don't have any money? But he's strangely okay with all of this. "Debs--," he quiets, cut off by his younger sister as he peers into the ( Read more... )

"You dick, you didn't even tell her I said hi!" AJ calls from the couch. To make up for the bad tv and the crappy reception, they'd just kind of been casually discarding clothing and...such. As they do. She's sitting up on her knees on the couch, watching him move around the kitchen in just her shorts and her bra, chin propped up in her hand. "And anyway, I don't see why you don't just get an unlimited plan. It'll end up being cheaper in the long run than doling out $20 every couple days to renew your minutes." She informs him fondly. Really, she thinks it's kinda cute that he spends so many of his cell phone minutes talking to his brothers and sisters.

"What's that supposed to mean, lazy pants?" She hops over the back of the couch, crossing the living room into the kitchen and leaning up against the wall. "I eat too. You can't blame that shit on me."

"Well, she says hi," he shrugs absently, closing the fridge when it got too cold for his shirtless chest. Lip takes another long drag, clutching the side of an abandoned beer bottle from earlier and taking a sip when he felt that it was still relatively cold. He considers her suggestion and gives a thoughtful nod, "I'll look into it."

Taking a last puff, Lip rests his cigarette in an ashtray that had found it's way onto the kitchen counter before moving towards her. "Exactly. You help eat it faster than I can buy it. And you talk me into doing takeout all the time, which is putting a real dent in my squirrel jar," he points out, though not one word was serious. As for his squirrel jar, he actually wasn't doing too bad. Not far until he had enough to go see his family. Actually he had just enough, but he wanted it to be more than enough before he started planning. As soon as the words leave his mouth he presses a kiss to her lips.

"Yeah but she thinks I'm a bitch now." AJ pouts. She finished her beer from earlier, so as soon as he's shut the fridge, she darts around him to open it again and grab one. She grabs his keys off of the counter and pops her bottle open, taking a long drink.

"Don't be a pussy. I pay most of the time when I suggest it. At least I tried to, but then half a gentleman crawled up your ass and you started getting bitchy about it." She pouts, but it melts into a little bit of a smile as she kisses him back, winding her free hand into the front of his jeans to tug him closer. "I'll pay from now on."

"You are a bitch," Lip returns blankly. He speaks against her lips, hands raising to her jaw to make sure he had control of the kiss. "No. I can manage it. I was complaining for the sake of complaining," he smirks into a kiss before releasing her chin. "Just remind me to buy real food the next time I go shopping. Who knew it wasn't possible to live on peanut butter sandwiches and fruit roll ups for a full semester." He shrugs absently, reaching back for his cigarette.
