Most of it belongs to the puppies, but there is one distinct bark that doesn't sound like a normal dog.

[Most of the puppies are gone by this point, bored. Timothy's ears perk up when he sees the blinking text on the screen. He's too far away to really... read it.

So he barks. And tries to get off the ledge. Tries to. The height seems very daunting all of a sudden to him.]
