Which is good because it makes better use of that time, but not great because I can't claim I'm always devoting as much attention as I would be if actually reading them. But since I'

I too loved the philosopher-kings trilogy. Jo Walton is just *so good*. And coming from grad work in Classics, it's dear to my heart and wonderful to see someone exploring those ideas with justice. I found her Socrates so believable!
