Ironic that R.Stanley has come up again on LJ - I recommended his works to a LJ friend that just now discovered Fields of Nephelim [funny, he's a Norwegian black metalist too].

Love Hardware, saw it in the theater when it came out. Supreme then and now. Dust Devil...genius still.

I suspect Mr.Stanley is a lone wolf due to slowdown since those times but IMDB does show he's got some things working. Sad that he never got full patronage to follow his muse.
