Nah, it was 10:36pm PDT when I left the comment.

And yeah, I'm really liking this story. There are so many nuances that I didn't catch last night. I'm absolutely stunned by the beauty of this story. This goes beyond any of my wildest dreams of what I could have gotten for this.

Thank you so much...

you're welcome! I'm so glad you appreciated it -- it turned a bit more ambitious than it should have been, and it was a headache trying to get all the pieces to fit together. but OTP is always, of course, a labor of love!

Baby, this is *awesome.* So sexy and apocalyptic - ummmm, what a great combination.

The Cylon god is a Starbuck/Roslin shipper - Yes! It took me a while to *get* that (maybe because I didn't read the last story?), but when I did it was like, "OOOooh... that's cool."

And I love this: All of this will happen again, and every time, she'll come back to you.

I love repetition - cycles, things coming back around again with this inevitability to it all. It's so poetic. Funnily enough, I don't like it in the show... Man, fanfic for this show is so much more interesting than the source material.

And I *love* your 'take-charge in all things including sex' Roslin. *Searingly* hot. That woman is a force of nature. And how *well* she fits with Starbuck! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't just read it. OTP indeed!:)

you're so sweet to comment! kisses!!

I'm thrilled that the OTP worked for you, because I wasn't sure I'd managed to sell it to a non-shipper. it's the most embarrassing, absurd OTP, considering how little canonicity and screen chemistry (heck, even screen time) it has going for it (and also my personal vexation that it's such a white and human pairing -- I wish Boomer grabbed me more!). but in terms of characterization and overall world-building, they're just SO perfect for each other. there's been heaps (well, at least the one or two jennyo posts linked on my BSG post of d00m) of meta about this, trying to explain how everyone seems to take to this pairing when its support in the show is so tenuous. everything about Roslin's personality suggests that she gets a sexual charge out of mentoring younger minions, and everything about Starbuck's personality suggests that she craves authority and validation -- so they just smolder together in fanon. this is where I rub my hands together and go, "*mwahahahahaha* we'll manage to hijack your ( ... )

To use a much over used quote *headdeskthud* I've just had to print this off to reread because I missed so much the first time.

Amazing nuances in the characaters with their interactions with each other and the way they relate to others. Fantastic.

HURRAH!

we're fangirling ourselves a lot, to be honest.

I'm still worried about there not being a D'Anna round -- Tory is on that, right?

Everything I said "love!" to the first time around still applies. Also: that glass on the floor, and the poetry, and the cycles. I can't pick a favorite line, there are too many.

Cylon God is on our side!

heh, iamsab said "your OTP is showing." it works out pretty well as a grand finale, if I do say so myself. so it was worth all the headaches. I live to serve Cylon God!
