Rolling her eyes as she shut her journal, Noreen got up from her bed and walked out of her home. Grumbling something under her breathe as she raised her wand hand for the Knight Bus she cursed herself for going to Rosier's house.
As she stepped onto the Knight Bus and waited the duration of the ride, the whole while wracking her brains trying to figure out why she agreed to go over. She stepped off, and walked up to the ront of the house. She knocked with the door knocker and waited a few moments.
Evan opened the front door without a problem, smirking as he saw Noreen standing there. His parents weren't home, out for the evening to meet some friends. So he wasn't at all worried someone would come over and find her standing on their doorstep.
"Well, Miss Devitt, what a pleasant suprise," he drawled, leaning against the doorframe. There wasn't a single shred of evidence that he was the least bit drunk. "To what do I owe the honor?"
"Come of it, Rosier." Noreen said with a bit of an attitude. "You asked me to come over." Her eyes rolling to look away from him as she spoke. "If you do not want me here I will glady turn around and go back home."
"Oh, why go home when you've come so far already?" Evan asked, standing aside to let her come in. "I honestly didn't expect you to actually come out all this way."
He offered a small, cool smile. "Might as well rest a little while."
