[While GLaDOS is on the phone talking, a blue multiped tank rolls by a window that just happens to be open. And then backs up as it hears the conversation. Tachikoma waits for her to finish talking and tunes it's audio sensors to make sure no one is on the phone talking to her before speaking up.]
