I was thinking about it, and its weird. Pride is one of the seven deadly sins, but after everything else has been taken away, sometimes pride is the only thing you have left.

but then again you wouldn't have pride unless you earned it, and i think that is why sometimes it's the only thing left, it is the residue of when you had everything or accomplished something(s), and sometimes it is the only reminder you have that what comes around goes around and that just because today sucks doesn't mean tomorrow will.
