unfinished Death!fic/flashback!fic and Justin's husband dies of AIDS

I'm looking for a fic that I read awhile ago.... and i wanna say that it hadnt been updated since 2006 or so when i read it about a year ago. It was definately on LJ and I probably found it thru bjfic bc that's where i found all my fics back when i first found the fandom.

Parts of it sound like 'Full circle' by bdeviled.
It was updated in July I think. But Justin is not dead, his partner dies on Aids, they had one HIV positive kid adopted. And I remember that tickling scene. Maybe you mixed up two fics or it's simply a complete other story.

Hmmm... I just read a little bit of that fic and you're right--parts of my description do sound like that fic. Maybe I'm completely mixing up 2 different fics (i've been known to do that before).

Thanks for the link... it has to be one of the fics I'm thinking of. There's just too many similarities for it not to be

I'm thinking that the Diary fic could be tgray's A Lifetime In Words
It remains unfinished to the best of my knowledge.
